EXCHANGE POLICY

Beach Please HI does not offer refunds for any reasons.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Items purchased are eligible for an exchange if we are notified of reason within 10 days of purchase.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused.

Items must be free of make-up, deodorant or any other stains.

The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear.

The package must be postmarked within 21 days of original date.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 days. You will be notified via email once it’s been processed.

Please review our Shipping Policy. Beach Please HI reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements.

Please be aware that our products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within the first 10 days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise, please email us with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately before returning the package to ensure your claim is properly processed.
